Cancellation Policy

All live online programs at CAMA College (Canada Management College) are delivered through real-time virtual classrooms using Google Meet. Participants are required to join the online sessions at the scheduled dates and times using the access link provided after registration. Participants are encouraged to join the session at least five (5) minutes before the scheduled start time and wait for the instructor to admit them to the session. A stable internet connection and a suitable device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) are required to participate in the program. Class capacity is limited, and registration is confirmed only after full payment is received. All payments are non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted. Any deposit or partial payment made toward a program is considered full acceptance of all CAMA College policies, terms, and conditions. By registering, participants agree to pay the full program tuition regardless of attendance or participation in all sessions. Failure to attend online sessions, withdrawal from the program, or failure to use the services does not entitle the participant to any refund, credit, or reduction of fees, unless officially stated in writing by CAMA College. CAMA College reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to session schedules, instructors, or delivery arrangements when necessary. Participants will be notified in advance whenever possible. By completing registration, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all academic, financial, conduct, and attendance policies of CAMA College.
