Program Description

Starting a business can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure where to begin. How to Run a Successful Business (AI Version) is a practical, hands-on program designed to guide aspiring entrepreneurs through every stage of launching and growing a business. Delivered in person over 8 sessions at the CAMA College Richmond Hill campus, this program combines modern business fundamentals with the power of Artificial Intelligence. This is not a theory-based course. Instead, it is a step-by-step business-building experience where participants learn how to transform an idea into a functioning business. Throughout the program, students will discover how AI can simplify tasks, reduce costs, improve productivity, and accelerate business growth. The journey begins with the basics. Participants will learn how to create a professional brand identity, design business cards and marketing materials using AI tools, and even prepare them for printing. From there, the program progresses into business planning, product and service development, pricing strategies, website creation, product uploading, content generation, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and business growth strategies. The program also covers many of the practical and legal aspects of operating a business in Canada. Topics include business registration, choosing the appropriate business structure, insurance requirements, taxation fundamentals, bookkeeping considerations, contracts, compliance, risk management, and essential operational procedures. A major focus of the program is implementation. Rather than simply teaching concepts, we help participants build a clear roadmap for action. The objective is for students to leave the program with a functioning business framework and the confidence to enter the market. By applying the strategies and tools introduced during the course, participants are encouraged to work toward achieving their first sale within the first three months of launching their business. All CAMA College programs include one year of educational support. Participants also receive access to future updates, additional learning opportunities, and program enhancements at no extra cost. We believe that business success today requires more than traditional entrepreneurial knowledge—it requires the ability to combine business strategy with the intelligent use of modern AI technologies.
